| A 4-building Historic Restoration complex comprising of office and retail space in the former Charlestown Navy Yard developed from 1986 to 1991 and comprising over 250,000 square feet at a cost exceeding $25,000,000. All buildings are complete and 85% leased. In addition to developing this successfully, Kenney Development Company, Inc has managed Navy Yard Plaza since its inception, through its affiliate Fulton Properties. The Parris Building was acknowledged by Builder Magazine for Restoration Excellence and the entire complex received a Preservation Award from The Massachusetts Historic Commission. |
