Navy Yard Plaza: Building 34 & 39
This historic restoration complex comprising of office and retail space in the former Charlestown Navy Yard was developed from 1986 to 1991. Comprising over 250,000 square feet, these buildings are complete and predominantly occupied. Since its inception, the building has been managed by Fulton Properties, a subsidiary of Kenney Development. Building 34, the Parris Building, was recognized by Builder Magazine for Restoration Excellence. The entire complex received a Preservation Award from the Massachusetts Historical Commission
