This structure will be located on the site of the existing surface parking lot and is a seven-story, "L" –shaped multi-family residential development consisting of approximately 136 studio, one and two bedroom apartments. A large first floor lobby opens to East Newton Street and a landscaped courtyard. Two elevators serve the seven apartment levels, with each floor containing a laundry facility and trash room with recycling containers and a chute to a central compactor located in the parking garage.
